It was a beautiful day out, though! Supposed to be warm for a few more days, which is nice-at least I don't have to worry about snow boots yet!
Missing Owen...
This is the journey of my sweet son Owen, a brave little fighter trying to knock out medulloblastoma (an aggressive form of cancer of the brain and spine) and all of the side effects of chemo, radiation, and the many countless medications he is on. This blog is written by his mother, so, of course, will include her journey through this, as well.

Jen,
It was so nice to see you yesterday outside the library. You looked good, your doing wonderful, Owen would be so proud of you. Your an amazing person, hell, like I said before, I cry about my oldest son in college!! Keep your spirits up, it will only get better, but he will always be there for you.
Take care and hope to see you again.
Love,
Danielle and Shannon Winney
Jen,
If it makes you feel better, I didn't carve pumpkins w/my kids this year either and I didn't even have any excuse. We realized the day after when my son said "hey, mom, we never carved the pumkins". Oh well, good thing I didn't submit my nomination for mother of the year.
I think about you quite often. I can picture you on Oprah someday. You are such an inspirational person.
Just wanted you to know you and your children are in my thoughts and prayers.
Marge
